What standards are there if you are a surrogate for a family member? Is there an age limit? I am 23. And do you already have to have a child? We would be doing her egg and her husband's sperm if that makes a difference. Thank you for your time.

If by standards you mean health qualifications, then the same standards for a regular surrogate mother would apply to a sister helping a sister.
If you are assisting a sister, having never given birth before, you may find a clinic to help you, but it might be difficult. The number one rule in surrogacy is that the surrogate has given birth before.
A surrogate mother should be at least 21 and no older than early 40's (unless it is a mother helping her daughter).
