Information on Surrogacy

can my husband sister be a surrogate mother?

by sandy
(Bangalore)

we are thinking of surrogacy and was wondering if my husband sister can carry the pregenancy for us?

Assuming she meets all the health requirements and has had at least one child of her own, your husband's sister can carry the biological child of you and your husband (gestational surrogacy) with no issues.

She could not be a traditional surrogate (her egg and her brother's sperm).

Best wishes!
