Can unplanned pregnancies transferred to surrogate and abortions avoided?

I advocate pro-life idealogy. I think unborn babies should not be killed. So, I want to know, whether a girl who finds herself pregnant and wants to terminate it, is it possible to save the child by transferring the fertilized egg to a willing surrogate?
Here we are speaking of a situation where the egg has already been fertilized in a natural way in the biological mothers womb. We want to transfer the unborn child to a surrogate to avoid abortion. We will compensate both the surrogate and the biological mother for their cooperation.
The child that is born will be given in adoption.

At this time, science is not able to do this, and I'm not certain whether or not it is something that is even being researched to do in the future.
Embryos are transferred generally 5 days after they are formed. The embryo then is placed into a body that already believes it is 5 days pregnant. I'm not sure how you would even begin to prepare a body for an older fetus (not just a fertilized egg, but a fetus that is several weeks old). And many embryos do not survive the transfer.
And, I'm confused as to the "we" you are referring to when saying that both the biological mother and the surrogate mother would be compensated. Are you planning to establish a foundation for this cause? Or are you saying "we" as the American taxpayers, that this would be a government program?

No offense by: Anonymous
Well, I mean no offense here but you are clearly not a scientist. In order for a pregnancy to be DETECTED the embryo has to implant in the utero, even very early pregnancy tests (such as blood test) work only after the embryo has implanted. I'm prolife also, but this idea is just not viable (at least for now).

"We" by: Manjunath Rao
When I said "we" I meant 'WE' the human kind as a whole. Not just any specific group of people.
This problem relates to the entire human kind, according to me.
Thank you for giving valuable information.
I understand from my reading that the fertilized egg starts moving slowly down the fallopian tube untli it reaches the utreus after 8 weeks. The fetal stage begins only in the 9th week (Wikipedia)
I am wondering whether it is possible to remove the fertilized egg before 8 weeks when it is still not fully embedded in the womb and transplant it in the surrogate mother.
If the pregnancy is detected very early, is this not a possibility?
