Information on Surrogacy

can you be a surrogate at more than one agency at a time?

I want to sign up with several agencies to get my name out as much as possible, but I am not sure if this is allowed. Once you sign up with one agency, are you allowed to sign up with anyone else?

Nearly every agency asks for exclusivity in their agreement that you sign. Check your agency's agreement to verify.

The whole point of an agency is to find you a set of intended parents. Choose the agency you'd like to work with carefully. Many ask for exclusivity for 6 months- 1 year, meaning, if you sign with them, you do not have the option of cancelling your agreement until a certain amount of time has transpired.

If you are determined to find your own set of intended parents, then perhaps matching independently would be a better avenue for you. You can place a free ad here on this website:
