I really do not have enough information from you to determine if you would be eligible for surrogacy.
There are a few mothers who are post-menopausal that become surrogate mothers for their daughters. These women no longer have a cycle, so I know it's possible, but this is for a close family arrangement.
I guess the real issue here is WHY don't you have a cycle? If it is because of a birth control method such as an IUD, no big deal. They will remove your IUD and get you back on your cycle.
If it is because you yourself are post menopausal, and you are 40+, then unless this is a surrogacy for your son or daughter, you most likely would not age qualify for surrogacy.
And if the reason is from some sort of problems with your reproductive organs, then you would also most likely not be eligible for surrogacy, as a surrogate mother must be healthy, especially from a reproductive standpoint.
