Information on Surrogacy

How do I find Intended Parents without having to join an agency? Because I'd like to do it for free.

I would really love the opportunity to be a surrogate. I have two children of my own and 2 step children. I have insurance through the state I live in, Oregon. I am healthy. I am 29 years old. My question is, I want to do this for free, how do I find Intended Parents without having to join some agency that wants to charge people. Thank you.

There is an entire section on this website dedicated to matching. Its called the "matching" section and can be found by clicking the "matching" link on the left or following this link: Finding a Surrogate or Intended Parents

I did want to address your medical coverage from the state. If it is through employment, such as a teacher or state worker, then as long as it has no surrogacy exclusions you should be fine. But if it is Medicaid or similar, given to you due to low income, then it is not allowed to be used for surrogacy and could be deemed fraud against the state. Just keep that in mind, depending on your circumstances.
