How do I start the ball rolling to become a single father with the help of surrogacy?

I'm a 32 English male, I have been thinking about surrogacy for 5 years or so now and want to start the ball rolling because I am wanting a child to complete me. I have seen too many relationships with children involved that split and the child is torn between 2 opposing adults. I don't want that, I want to give a child a steady secure home with no unwanted outside influence. I hope you can help as I don't know where to start. With hope Terry Hammond.
