Information on Surrogacy

How old do i have to be in california to be a surrogate mother?

by Karris
(California)

I am 18 and i have two kids who live with their dad. I love being pregnant but i don't like the after math. I would love to help people who can't have kids. Is it possible for me to do that at my age?

For specific state laws you will need to check with an agency or surrogacy attorney in your state.

Most states are 21, and have to do with you entering into a legal contract of this magnitude.

Remember, each state has different rules and regulations for surrogacy. When in doubt, as an attorney in your state!
