My question is that if I use a surrogate mother with my husbands sperm and my own Egg (or whatever is used to produce the fetus)
what will it cost and what are the requierments. I am 25 and my husband is 32. we have a 1 years old boy. I am completly new to surrogates.

THANKS!!!

Hi Michgaan,

Surrogacy is quite expensive, and as there are so many different factors involved, the estimates vary as well. Figure on a surrogate pregnancy costing between $50,000-100,000, all things said and done. Of course, your situation could cost a little less, or much more.

If doctors feel your eggs are viable, then you can use your own eggs for the surrogacy. You would go through an egg retrieval and your surrogate mother would go through and IVF transfer.
