hi im 18 and already have a son would i qaulifiy been so young and if so i have read every thing up on it but there is just 2 things how do i do it with out agancy and do you get any money out of the whole prossess please reply

Laws vary by country. The legal compensation in the UK is not something I have much familiarity with. You will need to contact a surrogacy attorney in your country to find out.
And why do you not want to go through an agency, out of curiosity? Most first-time surrogate mothers benefit from an agency, and it costs them nothing. There are ways to do it without an agency, which is covered extensively in the "matching" tab.
But to get back to your initial question, you do not qualify to become a surrogate mother (in the US anyway) at 18. You must be 21.
