Is it possible to remove an already fertilized egg and implant it into a surrogate?

My sister is 7 weeks pregnant. It was an unplanned pregnancy and she has heart problems. If she carries the baby she will more than likely need a transplant. Is it possible to remove her fertilized egg and implant it into my healthy uterus?

No. It is not. A surrogacy involves a couple contracting with a woman to carry their biological child (sperm of father, eggs of mother).
Although occasionally an egg donor or sperm donor is used, the couple still contracts with the surrogate for the process prior to conception.
What you are describing, even if it were medically possible (and its not, to my knowledge) would be something akin to an adoption, not a surrogacy.
