Me and my fiance are wanting to have a child of our own. I am able to get pregnant but I am not able to carry a pregancy. I have heart problems, so carrying a baby is fatal to me and the baby. My fiance's sister is offering to be a surrogate mother for us. I just dont know if this route is right for me because of my heart problems.
Reply by Rayven I guess I'm not really certain what your question is. If you have health concerns and are unsure if you qualify for an egg retrieval, you need to speak with your doctor about this. I cannot help you.
But even if you don't qualify to go through an egg retrieval, you could always use an egg donor. Or perhaps your fiance's sister is offering to be a traditional surrogate for you? In that case, you would need a sperm donor.
Surrogacy is an option for exactly the type of women in your situation.
