my partner and i are due to be married next year he has 2 children with his ex partner, who offered to be our surogate as i can not concieve she is now 3 weeks pregnant with my partners baby this was done privately though self insemination where do we go from here.

Surrogacy arrangements need to be made BEFORE pregnancy occurs, not after. What you are describing is not surrogacy, but is a custody issue. Contact a lawyer. Immediately.
