my sister got pregnant she want me to keep the baby and i want to so she will be my surrogate mother? what legal things do i have to do what are the steps please help me i have been loking for answers every where and i cant find any thanks

Are you saying that your sister became pregnant on her own, with her eggs and HER partner's sperm? (As opposed to your eggs and your partner's sperm.) If this is the case, then no, your sister is not your surrogate mother. This would be an adoption, not a surrogacy, and you would need to follow the adoption laws in your state.
You need to consult an adoption attorney.
