The fact that your sister is younger than you does not mean anything as far as surrogacy goes. If your doctor feels you are a good candidate to be a surrogate mother, then it would be fine. Many mothers have acted as a surrogate for their own sons and daughters, giving birth to their grandchildren, even after menopause.

I also need info regarding becoming a surrogate for my sister and brother in law. She has had one child 16yrs ago and suffered a heart attack, fainting spells daily ect...She is now 40 yrs old and I am 44 is this procedure possible for us?
