You will be required to abstain from sexual relations for several weeks prior to a gestational surrogacy IVF transfer and several weeks afterwards. The exact amount of time will be determined by both your contract and the clinic's regulations.
But by the second trimester at the latest, yes, unless there is a reason your doctor says no, you can have sex with your husband.
