Would it be possible for you to become pregant with your own child after the embryo transfer? I had a positive pregnancy test after the ultra sound there were twins, the one baby only made it to about 3 weeks and the other is going dtrong would it be possible that one of them as my baby and the other was one of the transfer embryos?

Yes it is possible for you to become pregnant with your own child after an embryo transfer, which is why EVERY surrogacy contract clearly states that you may not have intercourse for a period of time before and after the transfer.
As to whether you could be pregnant with your own AND the transferred embryo; I really don't know if that is possible. Its probably possible, but highly unlikely that it would happen. How many embryos did you transfer?
It often happens that one twin will not survive, and even happens that one twin will be a week or so "older" than the other twin on an ultrasound when both are the same gestational age.
If you did have intercourse around the same time as your embryo transfer, you will be unable to determine if the child you do carry is yours or your intended parents until a DNA test is done at birth.
