My Surrogacy Attorney

The Best Florida, Georgia, and Texas Surrogacy Lawyer Around

surrogacy-attorney-01; surrogate mother holding new surrogate baby Finding a good surrogacy attorney can be just as important as finding the perfect surrogate mother or set of intended parents to work with.

Surrogacy lawyers are not a dime a dozen, and just because an attorney is experienced in adoption does not make them automatically familiar with surrogacy issues.

Read my recommendation on the perfect attorney to assist you with your surrogate motherhood journey taking place in Florida or Georgia.

Your best bet to find the right surrogacy attorney for your situation is to ask around to other surrogate mothers and intended parents and see who they have used. Ask for recommendations from others involved in surrogate motherhood.

I refer every surrogate or intended parent who has ever asked me for my recommendation to the attorney who handled all the surrogacy arrangements I have ever been involved in, Matt Brown.

His expert advice saved me from a potentially devastating situation, and went on to see me happily through two additional surrogacies.

My attorney, Matt Brown, works with both surrogate mothers and intended parents in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. He also handles pre-birth orders or birth certificates and works with international surrogacy arrangements as well.

With my last surrogacy, which was an international surrogacy taking place in Florida, he managed to get the intended parents the baby's birth certificate with their names on it in a record one- week. This is usually a four- to six- week process. Yet he was able to get the DNA testing back and all the court paperwork filed despite the fact that the parents arrived three days after the baby was born!

I trust his experience and judgment completely, and wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone in the surrogacy community.

If you are a planning to get involved in surrogacy, as either a surrogate mother or intended parent, and you have not found a surrogacy attorney yet, please fill out the follow form. By doing so, you will receive all of Matt Brown's contact information.

Please Note: Matt currently only assists surrogacy clients in Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

I can think of no one I would rather have represent me or the intended parents I have worked with. Let Matt take care of you as your surrogacy attorney. Having the best surrogacy lawyer is just one less thing you will have to worry about.
