Hi! I am a mother of 3 kids. I have a friend that is married. They have 1 daughter already and have been trying to have another child for along time and haven't been successful in doing so. Me & my bf (the father of my kids) sat down the other day & talked to them about me carrying there baby or another baby that me & my bf would have but give them the rights and everything to the baby after it was born. I need some help on finding out how much it would be for me get my tubes untied and or to carry there baby & or the 1 me & my bf would make. If you can help me out it would be apprecaited.

Most women who have their tubes tied do not pursue traditional surrogacy (meaning the baby is related to you) because going through a major surgery, and then needing to redo that surgery after the baby is born, is neither a financially sound idea nor a physically appealing idea. Instead, most who consider surrogacy consider gestational surrogacy, where you would carry the biological child of your friend. Since the eggs used are not yours, it is perfectly find to have had a tubal.
Either way you go, it will be expensive for your friend. Even if you do not take any compensation (which it sounds like you would not do), it would be upwards of $50,000 for your friend for IVF (or 2 surgeries for you), legal fees, medical costs, day to day pregnancy related expenses, etc.
