I am very confused by your post, and am unable to answer much of your questions.

But as to the original post, if you are asking if it will cost you money to do a gestational surrogacy where your sister-in-law will be your surrogate and will not charge you a fee, then yes, absolutely it will cost you money, a lot of it.

The only fee you should think to remove from the equation is the fee a surrogate mother would take. You would still need to pay for all the procedures, including the IVF egg retrieval and transfer, multiple procedures if the first does not take, medical expenses, regular pregnancy related expenses, and legal and lawyers fees.

These things add up, fast! Count yourself fortunate that you have such a wonderful sister in law to do this for you without taking a fee, but understand that surrogacy is still a very expensive process.
